Warranty Registrations:

It’s definitely a good idea to register your warranties with the various manufactures.  You’ll get the most benefit should there be the unusual occurrence of a product issue.

Warranty Submissions:

The submission of warranty claims must be made in writing through this warranty claims website page describing the warranty issue with pictures.  Please provide original installation date, contract or invoice.  After we receive that information we will reply with the warranty coverage should there be any.  We may choose to visit the pool prior and/or schedule the repairs and replacement items covered under the warranty to be performed if you choose to proceed with repairs.

The Lifetime Security Blanket™

Lifetime, Transferable, Structural Shell & Plumbing Warranty – New Pool

Brighton Pools® warrants the pool shell against structural defects above and below the water line for as long as you own your pool.  All skimmers, main drains, pumps and underground piping below and around the pool structure are included in this warranty.  This also includes the piping to the filtration equipment.  Brighton pools will repair the leak at no charge to the original and the next owner for as long as they own the pool.  This warranty is transferable forever one time from the original homeowner to the next consecutive homeowner.

Lifetime Filter Warranty

Brighton warrants filter tank(s) for as long as you own your pool.  This warranty includes repair or replacement of any manufactured defect at your home, including internal components at no charge to the original owners for as long as they own the pool.

Ten Year Heater Warranty

Your heat pump is protected for the next decade! Brighton warrants heat pump heaters for a period of 10 years when purchased with a new Brighton pool.  This warranty includes repair or replacement of any manufacturer defect, including internal components. Brighton Pools® will repair or replace the heater parts at no charge to you as the original owner for as long as you own the pool.

Five Year Entire Project Warranty

Brighton is responsible for completion of the work in accordance with the contract documents, applicable building code and guarantees the work to be free from defects materials and workmanship on all components such as motor(s), coping, & interior finishes for a minimum period of five or twenty-five years from date of the pool installation.
